Our Process

1. Find Your Property
Search our properties or join our Buyers’ List to identify land that interests you. If we don’t have something you like, chances are we can find it. Let us know!

2. Secure It
Either make the entire cash payment or a small down payment to secure your land. Our checkout process is trusted, easy to use, and fast. We accept credit cards, debt cards, and ACH bank transfers.

3. Financing (Optional)
Dirt Cheap Land offers seller financing! If you made a down payment and choose to finance the property over time, we will contact you to setup recurring monthly invoices.
External financing options are available upon request.

4. Documentation
For Cash Purchases - a deed will be notarized and immediately recorded with the county,
For Seller Financed Options - we will sign a land contract. Upon completion of all payments, we will notarize and record a deed with the county.
